Farewell to Dr. Hazem & Board

On March 30 2022, EiTESAL celebrated its 18th anniversary at the breath taking site of the National Meuseum of Egyptian Civilization. On the margin of the celebration, the new elected board was installed & the outgoing board was given a very emotional farewell.

Dr. Tarek Kamel Award

EiTESAL organized Dr. Tarek Kamel Award Competition which targeted entrepreneurs who have ideas / startups that serve one of ICT areas & provide a technological solution that benefits the community.
Dr. Amr Talaat , minister of CIT, Dr. Hossam Kamel and Eng. Hossam Megahed, EiTESAL chairman witnessed this special moment with Mr. Aly Mohamed Magdy, the founder and CEO of SEAVO company 

GITEX Dubai 2021

For the first time, EiTESAL appeared in GITEX 2021 Under the umbrella of the Arab ICT UNION Pavilion, that was held in Dubai 17-21 Oct. 2021.

On the margins of the exhibition and conference, EiTESAL signed 2 MOUs with two NGO’s; the Jordanian Int@J and the Palestinian IT Association (PITA ) & PICTI Business Incubator – Palestine.

 EiTESAL Business Nurturing Initiative (EBNI) is an incubation program specialized in hardware based on IoT (Internet of Things) applications, running in cooperation with ITIDA, TIEC and ASRT.

EiTESAL with fund from EU and in cooperation with other four partners; namely:

1.  Seimens,
2.  Brightskies,
3.  Delta NGO, and
4.  ASiTA NGO)

Will promote a national innovation ecosystem in the area of embedded systems; particularly the automotive industry. The objectives of the project are:

• 3 centers of excellence in three overrates
• 15 start-ups Incubated
• 150 Teams to receive successive training and capacity building.
• (9) awareness workshops for young entrepreneurship and SMEs
• (6) ideation camp for young entrepreneurs

The project started 2017 to serve the following industries:

1. ICT 
   
2. Construction
   
3. Agrifood
   
4. garments

The objectives of the 4 years project are:

• Provide pre-incubation, incubation and post incubation services, including seed funding, for young entrepreneurs,
  
• 40 startups to be incubated, 10 in each industry
• 75% will create their sustainable start-ups and small businesses;
• Enhance innovation-business cooperation with European partners.
